A living record of Paul Linden's life and work — built to be accurate, to grow over time, and to keep Paul's own voice at its center.
This is not a memorial, a résumé, or a marketing site. It is closer to a workshop with the door open — a place to walk through the inventions, shows, collaborators, documents, and stories that defined Paul's career.
How we treat facts
Paul's work touched a lot of history, and some of it is better documented than others. Rather than present everything as equally certain, each story and item carries an honest status:
- Documented — supported by patents, original company documents, photographs, or contemporary press.
- From Paul's recollection — told by Paul, and being matched to documentation.
- Family recollection — remembered by Paul's family.
- Community history — drawn from ShowBiz preservation sites, fan archives, and enthusiast research.
- Research in progress — a promising lead we are still working to confirm.
We follow search-engine summaries back to their original documents before treating anything as fact, and we would rather mark something “research in progress” than overstate it.

A few threads we are actively chasing: Paul's precise ShowBiz employment dates and title history; the full Cyberstar / CyberVision development story; the complete Yogi Bear project history; the “Crusty the Cat” preservation story; and a full list of Paul's patents and applications.
